Chad Belger Executive Director
Chad is the founder of Comeback Recovery Homes and its non-profit arm, Recovery RX Corp. He is an Army veteran, firefighter of 20 years, fire instructor, and CrossFit coach. Chad found that a big part of him reaching sobriety was with the time and tribe he found in the gym. His dedication to helping others through their own struggles with addiction has become his life’s work. He is an open book to anyone who asks because he hopes his experiences can help get someone on the track to regaining control of their own life.
Meredith Belger Director of Operations
In addition to her role with Comeback Recovery Homes (CRH), Meredith is the Director of Operations for CRH’s non-profit arm, Recovery RX Corp. In her role with CRH, she creates and cultivates an environment conducive to carrying out the mission and vision for CRH as well as spearhead the financial management of the organization.
Meredith has seen the destruction and self-sabotage that comes when someone chooses not to get sober, and the beauty of a life reborn without drugs and alcohol. She is a true believer that with every chance to help someone, there’s an opportunity for yet another miracle.
Melissa Hanson Resource Coordinator
Melissa assists in coordinating both internal and external resources to support CRH residents.
Everett Wells House Manager
Everett is responsible for living in the home to build the culture of the home, while maintaining a supportive and structured environment, assisting residents in their recovery journey, and upholding the house motto and values.
Born and raised in Denver Colorado, Everett enjoyed a 25-year career as Executive Chef in the hotel industry. This challenging profession led him to the ocean, and the “Land of Aloha”, Hawaii. There, he learned from his mentors the fundamentals of French Cuisine, his greatest passion. Chef life has taken him to exciting destinations, and the chance to work with some of the best chefs in the world.
After long suffering in active addiction, Everett finally found his light through sponsorship and the Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. He believes strongly that if this worked for him, it could work for anyone. Everett knows that for him to keep this “Greatest Gift”, he will undoubtedly have to give it away to others in seemingly hopeless predicaments. He is on fire to share the gift of sobriety with as many people as he can.”
